按照深圳市委二次党代会和市二届人代会的要求,深圳要在“九五”期间基本建设成高新技术开发生产基地和区域性金融中心、信息中心、商贸中心、运输中心、旅游胜地,按照六大功能要求,形成六大支柱产业,初步成为现代化的国际性城市,GDP值年增长16%.从长远发展战略考虑,深圳在制定“九五”规划的同时,也已在研讨下个世纪头十年发展的战略思路.笔者认为,从现在至2010年期间GDP年增长12%,其中后十年增长10%,比较接近国家长远发展战略.为此,特就有关因素作出研究、分析,以供参考.1、工业.
