地下矿山的开拓运输方案对基建投资、经营费用、建设速度及安全生产等均有较大影响。为了保证矿山开采经济技术的合理性,结合某磷矿复杂的赋存条件,提出了3种可行的开拓运输方案,并从经济和技术角度对各开拓方案进行了详细的分析。结果表明,平硐、溜井+辅助斜坡道联合开拓,汽车、电机车配梭式矿车联合运输的方案基建总投资最低,安全可靠,且产能充足,后期需要扩产时,可以在不投入新设备的情况下将产能从90万t/a提高至150万t/a。
Underground mine exploration and transport programs on infrastructure investment, operating costs, construction speed and safety have a greater impact. In order to ensure the economic and technological rationality of mining, combined with the complicated occurrence conditions of a phosphate rock, three feasible schemes for exploiting and transporting were put forward. Each of the schemes for exploration was analyzed in detail in terms of economy and technology. The results show that the combined investment of adit, runner + auxiliary ramp, and joint transportation of motor vehicles and electric locomotive with shuttle tramcar are the lowest in total infrastructure investment, safe and reliable, with sufficient capacity and capacity expansion at the later stage, Equipment capacity will be increased from 900,000 t / a to 1.5 million t / a.
