随着医疗模式的转化即由公式化转向个体化治疗,个体对药物反应的差异性越来越受到人们的重视。国际著名临床药理学家C·T·Dollery教授在“中国临床药理学一根据英国的经验提供一些建议”一文中提出“为何看起来类似的个体却对同一药物的同一剂量,同一给药途经有如此不同的反应,从遗传和环境影响寻找对这些问题的解释已是现代药理学中最令人关注的一个研究课题。”[1]可见遗传因素和环境因素是同一药物在不同个体间药理效应产生差异性的主要原因。人体中个体间药理效应差异性的研究属于临床药理学研究的范畴,而临床药理学的研究内容包括临床药物代谢动力学研究(药物在正常人体和有病人体内的吸收、分布、代谢即生物转化、排泄);临床药物效应动力学研究;毒理学研究;临床试用研究;药物相互作用研究。[2]本文主要从环境因素与遗传因素对药物代谢(生物转化)的影响分析了青藏高原开展临床药理学研究的重要性及用药注意事项。

[2] In this paper, the importance of the clinical pharmacology research on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its precautions for medication are analyzed from the influence of environmental factors and genetic factors on drug metabolism (biotransformation).
