本文讨论了模糊逻辑控制的基本特征,指出了该项技术在选矿过程中,特别是在磨矿回路控制的模拟研究方面应用的优越性。在建立了模糊控制器之后,简要介绍了磨矿回路模型,该模糊控制器是一系列表征控制策略的语义规则的集合体。模拟试验是在干扰条件下进行的,即给矿的粒度分布按简单的马尔可夫(Markov)过程而变化。模拟结果表明,模糊控制具有以下优点:利用语义规则易于处理专家知识,少量规则即可覆盖足够大的范围,仅需调节少数变量而实现控制的稳定性,以及易于综合附加规则而改变控制系统的性能。
This paper discusses the basic characteristics of fuzzy logic control and points out the superiority of the technology in mineral processing, especially in the simulation of grinding circuit control. After the establishment of the fuzzy controller, the grinding circuit model is briefly introduced. The fuzzy controller is a collection of semantic rules that characterize the control strategy. Simulation tests were conducted under disturbing conditions, in which the particle size distribution of the ore feed varied according to a simple Markov process. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control has the following advantages: the semantic rules are easy to handle the expert knowledge, a small number of rules can cover a large enough range, only a small number of variables can be adjusted to achieve the stability of the control, and easy to integrate additional rules to change the control system performance.
