用放免的方法测定了50例脑血管病(CVD)患者血清脂蛋白(α)[Lp(α)]浓度,对比分析了患者Lp(α)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脱脂蛋白A-I(apoA-I)、apoB100的浓度及变化,分析了Lp(α)浓度与TG、TC和脱脂蛋白的相关性。结果:CVD患者血清Lp(α)浓度(0.224±0.04g/L),显著高于对照组(0.114±0.03g/L),TG、TC和LDL-C明显升高,HDL-C/LDL-C和apoA-I/apoB100比值明显下降。Lp(α)和LDL-C(r=0.459,P<0.01)、TC(r=0.356,P<0.02)呈正相关;与apoA-I/apoB100比值(r=-0.423,P<0.01)呈负相关。而与TG、HDL-C、apoB、apoA-I呈明显相关关系。作者认为Lp(α)是目前脂代谢指标中最好的CVD危险因素的判定指标。
The levels of serum lipoprotein (α) [Lp (α)] in 50 patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD) were determined by radioimmunoassay. The levels of Lp, TG, (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I) Correlation between TC and lipoprotein.
