现代企业面临的许多问题,如企业活力不足、经济效益不高等,都与人的积极性有关。解决问题的办法虽然有许多,但是最根本的一条就是建立有效的激励机制。充分调动员工的积极性,是企业思想政治工作研究和探讨的一个重要课题。人的行为与他们的动机分不开,动机是激励人们去行动以达到一定目的的内在因素。行为来源于动机,动机则产生于需要。人的需要包括如下几方面:生理需要。这是人们生存最基本的需要。如穿衣、食物、住房等。
