自动厚度控制(AGC)系统对于带钢轧机来说是一个重要的控制系统。AGC系统间世已20多年。但70年代来由于计算机技术(特别是小型机,微型机)的发展使AGC系统的构成发生了很大变化。计算机的引入使预控(前馈)AGC得到实现并且增加了许多补偿功能(如速度补偿,活套补偿等等,使厚调精度得到很大的提高。本文介绍了热轧AGC的外扰量状况,厚调过程的分析方法和现代AGC系统各种功能的内容,并给出了计算机控制数字直接控制)厚调系统,即DDC—AGC的基本框图。文中并指出了一些常用的“流量”观点的活套补偿关系式的不(?)之处,给出了利用“前滑”观点推导此关系式的方法。
Automatic Thickness Control (AGC) systems are an important control system for strip mills. AGC system has been more than 20 years. However, due to the development of computer technology (especially minicomputers and minicomputers) in the 1970s, the composition of the AGC system has undergone great changes. The introduction of computer realizes pre-control (feedforward) AGC and adds many compensation functions (such as speed compensation, looper compensation, etc.) to greatly improve the thickness accuracy.This paper introduces the external disturbance quantity Condition, thick process analysis method and the contents of various functions of modern AGC system, and gives a computer-controlled digital direct control thick system, that is, the basic block diagram of DDC-AGC. The article also points out the non-existence of some commonly used “flow” viewpoints, and gives the method of deriving this relation from the viewpoint of “front slip”.
