江苏成立“千人计划”(海智)专家联合会2014年10月29日,江苏“千人计划”(海智)专家联合会在南京成立。江苏省目前有国家“千人计划”特聘专家近500名,其中创业类“千人计划”占全国近30%,位居首位。专家联合会是“江苏省人才创新创业促进会”的重要分支机构,将打造成江苏汇聚留学精英的人才库、服务党委政府决策的智囊团、推进人才对外开放的生力军,以及引领创新创业的排头兵。
