体内应用雷公藤多甙(TⅡ),Ⅰa单抗(21-2)及树突状细胞单抗(WZD3)分别处理SD大鼠(连续10d),以观察其对细胞和体液免疫功能的影响。结果表明:TⅡ灌胃和21-2,WDZ3静脉注射各组,混合淋巴细胞增殖反应(MLR)和对Con-A刺激的淋巴细胞增殖反应能力皆明显降低,与对照组相比P<0.05。此外TⅡ灌胃与WDZ3静脉注射联合应用显示较强的细胞免疫抑制作用,在MLR中与TⅡ单独处理相比P<0.05,但与WZD3单独应用相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。经定量溶血测定法(QHS)检测各组溶血素水平亦呈现相似结果。
In vivo application of Tripterygium wilfordii (TII), Ia monoclonal antibody (21-2) and dendritic cell monoclonal antibody (WZD3) to SD rats (for 10 days) were performed to observe their effects on cellular and humoral immunity. The results showed that: TII gavage and 21-2, WDZ3 intravenous injection of each group, mixed lymphocyte proliferative response (MLR) and Con-A stimulated lymphocyte proliferative response were significantly reduced, compared with the control group P <0. 05. In addition, TII gavage combined with WDZ3 intravenous injection showed strong cellular immunosuppressive effect, which was P<0.05 compared with TII alone in MLR, but there was no significant difference compared with WZD3 alone (P>0.05). ).
