前些天面试了一个男生,武汉某重点大学应届毕业生,专程到北京来找工作。他穿了一身黑色的运动装,在前台等我。刚见面,他把双手朝外一摊:“昨天你已经见过我的简历了,所以今天我没有带来。”“笔带来了吗?”昨天我在电话里交代他要带笔。“带了。”我把他带到休息区,递给他一份试卷:“这是笔试题,答题时间一个小时,一会儿我们再详谈。”他接过试卷,翻了翻:“你让我做试卷?”“嗯,是的,你先做题。”
