瑞雪缤纷,玉树银花,倏忽又是一年始。每年此时,我们都向尊敬的读者致以新年的问候;每年此时,我们都和读者一起盘点过去的一年,展望新的一年。回首2002,对中国而言,这显然是不同以往的一年。WTO元年的经济增长再一次显示了其神奇的一面,投资、消费和出口领域出现了近年来少有的积极变化,宏观经济指标全线飘红,而去年初的一些悲观论调现在看起来多少有些可笑。人们预想中的“入世”冲击,似乎并没有到来,即便是令人担忧的农业、金融、汽车等领域,依旧一片“云淡风清”,倒是机遇好像不期而至。从浙江看,2002年的经济发展又翻过了辉煌一页。外贸出口依然强劲,民间投资和企业投资十分活跃,外商直接投资出现了跳跃式的增长,工业增速和财政收入增速继续位居全国前列。在这一年中,“浙江现象”还成了国内学术界、媒体竞相追逐和关注的热点。
Ruixue colorful, Yushu Yinhua, suddenly ignorant is the beginning of a year. Every year, we greet our esteemed readers with New Year’s greetings. At this time of year, we all count with our readers the past year and the new year. Looking back on 2002, this is obviously a different year for China. Economic growth in the first year of the WTO once again shows its miraculous side. There have been rare positive changes in investment, consumption and export in recent years. The macroeconomic indicators have been rosy across the board. Some of the pessimistic arguments at the beginning of last year now seem somewhat ridiculous . The envisioned “entry into the WTO” shock does not seem to have come. Even the worrying areas of agriculture, finance and automobiles are still a “clear-cut” one. It is an opportunity that seems to come unexpectedly. From Zhejiang’s perspective, the economic development in 2002 turned a brilliant page again. Foreign trade exports remained strong, private investment and corporate investment were very active, foreign direct investment showed a leaping growth, and industrial growth and fiscal revenue growth continued to rank among the top in the country. During this year, “Zhejiang Phenomenon” has also become a hot spot in the domestic academia and the media competing for chase and concern.
