民营企业文化是以明礼守信、义利兼顾为特点的新的社会阶层信义文化,是民营经济转型升级、健康发展的精神支柱和动力源泉。中共南京市委统战部和南京市工商业联合会就民营企业文化建设进行了调研。民营企业文化建设中存在的主要问题及原因有:民营企业文化建设发展状况良莠不齐;民营企业文化建设中形式主义仍普遍存在;老板文化亟待提升到企业家文化;企业管理层文化与员工文化脱节。加强民营企业文化建设的路径有:加强民营企业文化建设要与贯彻科学发展观、践行“同心思想”有机结合;加强民营企业文化建设日益成为新时期社会管理创新的有效载体;鼓励倡导新时期“创业创新创先创优”的企业精神成为加强民营企业文化建设的核心动力;把加强民营企业文化建设作为加强和改进非公有制经济人士思想政治工作的有力保证。
