随着社会的进步和时代的发展,越来越多的女性进入公共部门领域。但是,女性干部在管理岗位晋升的道路上走得异常艰难。现实中有许多有着出色工作业绩的女性干部被排除在高级职位之外,在组织中存在着压制女性干部继续晋升到高级职位的种种无形障碍。这些障碍有来自个人的,有来自组织的,还有来自人际方面的。这些障碍阻碍着女性干部的职业发展。
With the progress of society and the development of the times, more and more women have entered the public sector. However, the female cadres went extremely difficult on the way of promotion of management positions. In reality, there are many women cadres who perform outstanding job performance and are excluded from senior positions. There are various invisible obstacles in the organization that keep female cadres going to senior positions. These obstacles come from the individual, from the organization, but also from the interpersonal aspects. These obstacles hinder the career development of female cadres.
