为了研究不同苜蓿品种间的亲缘关系,试验利用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对30个苜蓿品种幼叶时期的过氧化物(POD)同工酶进行亲缘关系分析。结果表明:不同苜蓿品种间POD同工酶酶谱具有一定的差异性,在亲缘关系上供试品种可大致划分为4类,分类结果与品种的来源和地理位置有相关性。根据酶带的有无、活性差异以及聚类分析结果,可以初步探讨30个苜蓿品种间的亲缘关系。
In order to study the genetic relationship among different alfalfa cultivars, we analyzed the genetic relationship of peroxidase (POD) isozymes in leaves of 30 alfalfa cultivars by vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that there were some differences in POD isozymes between different alfalfa cultivars. The genetic relationships among the tested cultivars were classified into four groups. The classification results were related to the origin and geographical location of cultivars. According to the presence or absence of enzyme bands, activity differences and clustering analysis results, the genetic relationship among 30 alfalfa cultivars could be preliminarily discussed.
