自古以来,“治水”、“漕运”便是衡量统治者政绩的标杆,彪炳史册必先过“治水”一关。治水难,难于上青天。近年,有位老者的身影长年活跃在水利界一线,他以学者的严谨、哲人的理性、诗人的激情,为母亲河殚精竭虑奔走呼号。他,就是我国著名水利专家董哲仁博士。
