普通高校体育教学忽略了心理因素对学生掌握技能的影响,而过多地将教学工作重点放在技术教学的方法、手段方面。经运动心理学证明学生运动技能的形成过程中涉及到大量的心理学问题。心理因素对学生运动技能的形成的运动的感知觉能力、心理定式的干扰和心理素质,利用合理的讲解、示范和念动教学法,信息反馈教学法和激励学生学习动机以及增强意志力等方法来克服心理因素对运动技能形成的干扰,研究证明合理有效。
