“国民军金融流通券”是1927年,国民军联军驻陕总司令部财政委员会发行的,其主要目的是筹幕军响,同时也对刚刚遭受过围城之役,金融系统基本上处于瘫痪状态的西安经济达到恢复作用,但因此券是不兑现货币、信誉不高,商民更不信任,结果造成物价飞涨,市场上折扣行使,同年即被主持陕政的冯玉祥将军勒令作废。此券从发行到废止实际用时间很短。券类即有:壹角、贰角、伍角和壹圆、贰圆、伍圆六种。
