向日葵杂交育种,选择最佳组合是十分重要的。为了掌握目前常用的或新育成的几个不育系及恢复系主要性状的配合力,对它们进行了配合力分析试验,以便减少盲目性,尽快选配出强优势杂交种。一、试材与方法亲本分两组,以不育系7611人、7613A、7715A(食用型)、7718A、79055人、74102A、HA89A 做母本(A组);恢复系7601—5、7602—15、181、154、R3545做父本(R 组)(以上国外引入的为分析对照)。1986年采用不完全双列杂交设计,获得35个杂交组合。
