在发动机和传动装置的油槽放油堵上安装永久磁铁是一种简易的滤清方法。本文介绍对几种磁性螺堵的试验结果并认为具有盘形磁铁的螺堵效果最好。机械运转的安全和寿命决定于其磨耗零件的完善润滑。因此,润滑剂和按照预定的安装和运用情况而采取的润滑方式是每一种机械的先决条件和结构要素。为了在尽可能长的运用期间保持润滑油的润滑性,滤清技术越来越重要,因而趋向于精滤的发展。
Installing the permanent magnet on the oil drain of the engine and transmission is a simple filtration method. This article describes the test results of several kinds of magnetic plug and think that the disc plug with the best magnetic plug effect. The safety and longevity of mechanical operation depend on the perfect lubrication of its worn parts. Therefore, the lubricant and the lubrication method taken according to the intended installation and application are the preconditions and structural elements of each machine. In order to maintain the lubricity of lubricants for as long as possible, the filtration technology is more and more important, and therefore tends to the development of fine filtration.
