针对立体显微图像在同一位置双目清晰度不同的问题,提出了一种体视显微镜聚焦一致的性判定方法。使用连通区域分割方法对不同深度标定板图像进行分割,提取圆点中心,选取清晰度评价区域;使用聚焦测度对不同深度图像进行清晰度评价,得到清晰度-深度关系曲线,利用曲线拟合求取曲线峰值得出深度信息;利用左右目圆点中心的三维坐标分别拟合出左右全聚焦平面,通过测量左右全聚焦平面夹角以及评价区域中左右目圆点中心距离来分析聚焦性。结果表明,能够有效地判定体视显微镜聚焦的一致性。
Aiming at the problem that stereo microscope images have different binocular sharpness at the same position, a method of determining sexual coincidence of stereoscopic microscope is proposed. The segmentation method of connected region is used to segment the image of the calibration plate with different depths, and the center of the dots is extracted to select the region of sharpness evaluation. The sharpness is evaluated by using the focus measure to obtain the sharpness-depth relationship curve, and the curve fitting The peak information of the curve is obtained to obtain the depth information. The left and right full-focus planes are fitted by using the three-dimensional coordinates of the left and right eyeball centers respectively. The focusing is analyzed by measuring the included angle of the left and right total-focus planes and the center distances between the right and left eyeballs in the evaluation area. The results show that the stereo microscope can effectively determine the consistency of focus.
