在自由的新中國大陸上,第一個春耕生產運動就要到來了。今年全國農業生產計劃要求在一九四九年的基礎上增產糧食一百億斤,增產棉花四百七十萬担。這是今年農業戰線上鬥爭的總目標。各級地方人民政府、沒有戰鬥任務的人民解放軍、各級農村地方黨組織和所有農村黨員、以及廣大農民羣衆,從現在起,應立即動員起來,熱烈的進行春耕生產工作。目前,一切農村工作都應當圍繞着春耕生產這一壓倒一切的中心任務來進行。今年全國農業生產的總方針是以恢復為主。在老區農業生産一般應較一九四九年生產水平提高一成;在條件較好的老區,農業生產瞧爭取恢復戰前
In the free new China, the first spring plowing campaign is coming. This year’s national plan for agricultural production will require an additional 10 billion jin of grain on the basis of 1949 and an additional 4.5 million tons of cotton.
