近十几年来,在现场观测、实验室及理论方面对地震的电性前兆已作了不少的研究工作。在此期间,基于岩石的膨胀理论而提出的两种地震孕育模式也促进了地电的研究。尽管这两种模式遇到了相当的困难,但地电方法作为探索地震预报的手段之一,却日益受到重视。这是由于岩石的电阻率与应力应变场有密切的关系,对应变的变化有灵敏的放大作用,特别是在小应变的情况下,其放大系数可达10~4~10~5,并且在许多地震前都观测到了电阻率的明显变化,所以,它是一种有希望的手段。
In the past decade or so, a lot of research work has been done on the electrical precursors to earthquakes in the fields of observation, laboratory and theory. During this period, two models of earthquake gestation based on rock expansion theory have also contributed to the study of geoelectric power. Although these two models have encountered considerable difficulties, the geoelectric method, as one of the means to explore the earthquake prediction, has received more and more attention. This is because the resistivity of rock is closely related to the stress and strain field and has a sensitive amplification effect on the change of strain. Especially in the case of small strain, the amplification factor can reach 10 ~ 4 ~ 10 ~ 5, A significant change in resistivity has been observed before many earthquakes, so it is a promising tool.
