随着中央及青海省各项“促投资、稳增长”政策的不断推进,尤其是今年初全省开展“百日攻坚”行动的大力推进,全省项目开复工不断加快,全省固定资产投资呈现快速增长、结构趋于改善的态势。一季度,全省全社会固定资产投资完成233.35亿元,同比增加33.47亿元,增长16.7%,增速比1-2月提高6个百分点,比上年同期提高3.9个百分点。主要呈现在:
