误食蓖麻子中毒实属常见,而因用蓖麻子搓擦皮肤所致过敏及吸入其尘埃引起哮喘者尚未见报导,现将我院所见一例报告如下:患儿男性13岁,张市第十中初三学生。主因喘憋半天,间断呕吐3小时于84年9月27日10Pm 以支气管哮喘,呕吐待查住院。查体:T36.8℃,P100次/分,R28次/分,BP110/70。发育正常,营养中等,精神差,神志清楚,无明显脱水征,全身浅表淋巴结不大,稍气促,口周发绀不著,咽部无充血,胸部对称,吸气时可见三凹征,心脏正
