众所周知:固体渗碳剂的基础是由硬木材制造的木炭。被炭块吸附的氧与碳呈下列反应:2C+O_2→2CO为了提高渗碳剂的活性,木炭中通常都加碳酸盐:如碳酸钡、碳酸钙、碳酸钠等。试验证明:用锯木屑代替木炭,并加一定份量的碳酸钠作催化剂,能得到良好的效果。其成份如下:渗碳剂Ⅰ:含木屑50%,木炭30%,碳酸钠20%;渗碳剂Ⅱ:含木屑80~85%,碳酸钠20~15%。渗碳试验的结果证明.这些渗碳剂的活性,都较一般的渗碳剂(如75%的木炭,9%的碳酸钠,18%的碳酸钡)为佳。其扩散层的深度都在10%以上。这是因为木屑在干馏过程中,除生成
It is well known that solid carburizing agents are based on charcoal made from hard wood. Test proved: sawdust instead of charcoal, and add a certain amount of sodium carbonate as a catalyst, can get good results.
