针对常见易制毒化学品气体设计了一种快速检测系统,可以实现对单个气体和混合气体的检测识别。系统采用的气象色谱仪的色谱柱是0.32 mm的毛细管,管道长度30 m,这样的毛细管色谱柱不仅对于常见的易制毒气体,而且对吡啶和异黄樟脑这种大分子易制毒气体也具有良好的分离效果。传感器采用ZnO片传感器,它对易制毒气体具有很高的敏感性。传感器采集的信号数据经过预处理后,用PCA变换提取特征,采用SVM支持向量机算法进行训练和识别。
