开放大学办学特点具有开放性、灵活性、适应性和多元化等特征。而在我国目前的开放教育实践中,一些面授课程、教学活动、教学试验和考试,还无法做到完全通过网络远程实施。这就要求开放大学的教学点要在辖区内足够分散,而分散的教学点对于房屋资源的集中管理提出了更高的要求。本文即提出一种利用现代网络技术构建的房屋资源管理系统,通过网络对房屋资源进行管理和分配,提高了房屋资源的利用率,且便于管理实施。
The characteristics of open university running are open, flexible, adaptable and diversified. However, in the current practice of open education in our country, some face-to-face courses, teaching activities, teaching experiments and examinations can not be completely implemented remotely through the Internet. This requires open teaching points in the area to be dispersed enough in the area, and scattered teaching points for the centralized management of housing resources put forward higher requirements. In this paper, a housing resource management system based on modern network technology is put forward, which manages and distributes housing resources through the network, improves the utilization rate of housing resources and facilitates management and implementation.
