应用非同位素PCR-SSCP方法分析30例食管瘤患者癌组织及相应癌旁组织p53基因第5~9外显子,结果发现8例癌组织存在p53基因突变;其中的4例为p53基因杂合性丢失(LOH)。部分癌旁组织亦检测到p53基因突变。实验结果表明,p53基因突变可能是食管癌癌变的早期遗传学损害,对食管癌的发生起重要作用。
Non-isotope PCR-SSCP method was used to analyze 30 cases of esophageal tumors and corresponding paracancerous tissues. The p53 gene exon 5-9 was found. There were p53 gene mutations in 8 cases of cancer tissues. Among them, 4 cases were p53 gene heterozygous. Loss of sex (LOH). P53 mutations have also been detected in some paracancerous tissues. The experimental results show that p53 gene mutation may be an early genetic lesion of esophageal cancer and play an important role in the occurrence of esophageal cancer.
