中国生理科学会第三届全国营养学术会议于5月25日到30日在上海召开,出席代表108人,列席代表106人。在这次会上正式成立了全国营养学会。会上除进行了有关我国营养科学发展与瞻望、人体营养状况的评定、营养与衰老、国内外膳食构成的改进方向和设想、膳食调查方法、我国成年人营养需要量的研究、我国人民膳食营养素供给标准的专题报告外,并由英国皇家学会Blexter爵士和yudkin教授分别作了蛋白质需要量和糖类营养问题的学术报告。此外,从收到的250余篇论文中,选出了67篇在大会上宣读,涉及内容包括营养素需要量、临床营养、儿童营养、特殊人群的营养、食物资源与食物分析、营养调查等它反映了近年来我国在营养研究上
