高血压属于慢性疾病,发病率居高不下。β受体阻滞剂用于治疗高血压已有30多年的历史~([1]),近年来临床对β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压的疗效存在一定争议。本文分析了酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。1资料和方法1.1基线资料本院2013年4月至2016年3月收治的110例老年高血压患者,男:女为56:54;年龄60~84(71.82±7.31)岁。
