用硫代乙酰胆硷-联硫代双硝基苯甲酸比色法(ASCh-DTNB法)对全血胆硷酯酶活性测定方法作了研究,酶活性在0～80单位范围内与测定读数呈直线关系(r=0.999)。本方法的变异系数在0.5～3.9%之间。加入不同酶量的测定值分别为各该理论值的88.4%、94.7%和100.8%,最低检测限为2单位。
The method of assaying the activity of cholinesterase in whole blood with thioacetylcholine-thio-dinitrobenzoic acid colorimetry (ASCh-DTNB method) has been studied. The enzyme activity is in the range of 0-80 units with the determination of the reading A linear relationship (r = 0.999). The coefficient of variation of this method is between 0.5 and 3.9%. Measured values for addition of different enzymes were 88.4%, 94.7% and 100.8% of the respective theoretical values, with a minimum detection limit of 2 units.
