金秋十月,北疆大地就飘洒了一场初雪。黑龙江省佳木斯市至苏联哈罗夫斯克国际客运航线首航开通。代理市长周辉春在江天宾馆主持的佳木斯经济技术开发区新闻发布会开得挺热火。记者就佳市下一步对外开放的基本思路和有关问题,采访了周辉春。 佳木斯是我国东北地区的一座综合性工业城市和新兴口岸,总面积近4万平方公里,人口232万人,其中市区人口63万人。去年全市工农业总产值79.1亿元,其中工业产值51亿元。根据黑龙江省的部署和国务院有关部门的指示精神,两个各占地3平方公里的工业区正在着手进行开发。为此,佳木斯市制定了25条鼓励中外客商投资的优惠政策。
