开采大陆架石油和天然气的设备,对风、波高、气象等有很高要求。从而如何佔价波高是保证平台安全和开采效率的前提。目前采用的计算波高的方法有两种:一是综合波的诸要素,计算其经验分布函数。然后再进行近似计算,采用外推法则用于波高大数值范围。第二种是最近五年内发展起来的暴风设计法。
Equipment for the exploitation of oil and gas on the continental shelf has high demands on the wind, wave height and meteorology. So how to occupy the wave height is to ensure the safety of the platform and the premise of mining efficiency. At present, there are two methods for calculating the wave height: one is to synthesize the elements of the wave and calculate its empirical distribution function. And then approximate the calculation, the extrapolation method is used for large wave height range. The second is the Storm Design Act, developed in the last five years.
