本文研究了在稀盐酸介质中,α,α′—联吡啶存在下,钛催化溴酸钾氧化考马斯亮蓝G褪色这一新指示反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量钛的新方法。该方法的检出限为4.08×10-10g/mL,线性范围0—0.7μgTi/25mL,用于农业用水及大米、马铃薯中痕量钛的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, we studied the new indication reaction and kinetic conditions for the catalytic oxidation of Coomassie Brilliant Blue G by titanium bromate under the presence of α, α’-dipyridyl in dilute hydrochloric acid medium. A new method for the determination of trace titanium was developed. The detection limit was 4.08 × 10-10g / mL and the linear range was 0-0.7μgTi / 25mL. The method was applied to the determination of trace titanium in agricultural water, rice and potato with satisfactory results.
