在研究25Ni-15Cr铁基时效合金的成分范围时,发现当合金中钛含量为2%左右,铝含量大于0.45%时,经过980℃,1小时,油冷+720℃,16小时,空冷的正常热处理以后,有一种胞状相沿奥氏体晶界析出。典型显微形态如图1(见图版29)所示。研究的合金经十公斤非真空感应炉熔炼,锻成35毫米方坯,热轧成直径18毫米的棒材。热处理制度为980℃,1小时,油冷+720℃,16小时,空冷+650℃,1000小时,空冷。合金的化学成分列于表1。
