目的探讨颈总动脉外膜剥脱术对脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)鼠颅内血流动力学变化的影响。方法将清洁级5日龄(P5)Wistar大鼠8窝制作为脑瘫鼠模型,并行颈总动脉外膜剥脱术,观察手术前后脑瘫鼠左大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、颈总动脉和颈内动脉的血流动力学变化。结果术后脑瘫鼠颈总动脉和颈内动脉的血流平均速度均较术前升高(P<0.01),阻抗指数均较术前下降(P<0.001);经多普勒检测,大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉和大脑后动脉收缩期峰值流速、舒张期末血流速度及血流平均速度均较术前加快,脑血流量增加,阻抗指数下降(P<0.01)。结论颈总动脉外膜剥脱术能够持续有效地增加脑瘫鼠脑血流量。
Objective To investigate the effects of carotid endarterectomy on intracranial hemodynamic changes in cerebral palsy (CP) rats. Methods 8-day-old Wistar rats of 5-day-old clean grade were made into models of cerebral palsy. They were treated with external carotid artery dissection. The left middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, Hemodynamic changes of arteries and internal carotid arteries. Results The average velocity of blood flow in the common carotid and internal carotid arteries of postoperative cerebral palsy rats was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.01), and the index of impedance was decreased compared with that before operation (P <0.001). After Doppler ultrasound examination, The peak systolic velocity, the mean diastolic velocity and the average velocity of blood flow in arteries, anterior cerebral arteries and posterior cerebral artery were all faster than preoperative, and the cerebral blood flow increased and the impedance index decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion External carotid artery dissection can effectively and continuously increase cerebral blood flow in cerebral palsy rats.
