目的:分析贵州省2009~2011年各级碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核情况,了解各级实验室检测的整体水平及实验室间存在的差异,提出改进措施,确保其能够提供可靠的检测数据。方法:尿碘采用Z比评分法进行统计学评价;盐碘采用参考值和不确定度的方法对检测结果评价。结果:省级实验室2009~2011年均通过尿碘、盐碘考核。市(州)级实验室尿碘合格率:2009年为88.9%(8/9),2010年为77.8%(7/9),2011年为100%(9/9);盐碘合格率:均为100%。县级实验室盐碘考核合格率:2009年为86.7%(26/30),2010年为83.3%(25/30),2011年为93.3%(28/30)。结论:省级和市(州)级实验室尿碘、盐碘检测能力相对稳定,县级实验室通过内部质量控制和使用标准物质后检测能力得到提高。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the laboratory external quality control assessment of iodine deficiency disorders at all levels from 2009 to 2011 in Guizhou Province, to understand the overall level of laboratory testing at all levels and the differences existing between laboratories, to propose improvement measures to ensure that they can provide reliable testing data. Methods: Urinary iodine was scored by Z method for statistical evaluation. Salt iodine was evaluated by reference value and uncertainty. Results: Provincial laboratories from 2009 to 2011 through urine iodine, salt iodine assessment. Urine iodine pass rate of municipal (state) laboratory was 88.9% (8/9) in 2009, 77.8% (7/9) in 2010 and 100% (9/9) in 2011; Salt iodine pass rate: Both are 100%. The qualified rate of salt iodine examination in county-level labs was 86.7% (26/30) in 2009, 83.3% (25/30) in 2010 and 93.3% (28/30) in 2011. Conclusion: The detection ability of urinary iodine and salt iodine in provincial and municipal laboratories is relatively stable. The county laboratory can improve its detection ability through internal quality control and using standard substances.
