宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率在我国女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中占第一位。根据世界卫生组织的统计数据,宫颈癌的发病率仅次于乳腺癌,并呈现逐渐年轻化的趋势[1]。对于早期宫颈癌患者应首选手术治疗,但在中晚期宫颈癌以及早期宫颈癌不适于手术的患者中放射治疗或同期放化疗是其主要的治疗手段,可显著提高患者的生存率及肿瘤的局部控制率,降低远处转移率[2]。本文对宫颈癌放射治疗的现状进行综述如下。
