This paper summarizes the experience of scientific innovation of Sichuan Zhuzhusi to Jiuzhaigou Highway in Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province from the point of view of scientific outlook on development, and puts forward the suggestion that both the quantity and the speed should be paid attention to, and the quality and benefit should be paid more attention to. Itself, more concerned about the harmony of the environment of people, vehicles and roads; it not only pays attention to the current development but also pays more attention to the sustainable development
