随着企业改革的不断深入,国企职工的思想观念也不断更新,各种公众社会心理问题在国企职工身上都有表现,因此加强国企职工心理疏导的工作势在必行。
With the continuous deepening of enterprise reform, the ideology of employees in state-owned enterprises has been constantly updated. All kinds of public psychosocial problems have been manifested in the staff of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the psychological counseling of employees in state-owned enterprises.
