用冷轧和再结晶退火技术制备了YBCO超导厚膜用的立方织构Ni基带。并且，对所制备的立方织构Ni基带进行了X射线衍射研究。提出并讨论了Ni基带立方织构质量评价实验中容易出现的问题。
The cubic textured Ni matrix for YBCO superconducting thick films was prepared by cold rolling and recrystallization annealing techniques. Also, X-ray diffraction studies on the cubic textured Ni basebands were performed. This paper presents and discusses the problems that easily appear in the quality evaluation experiment of cubic Ni matrix textured.
