在高等职业教育英语课程教学基本要求指导下,培养学生的英语学习兴趣、和自主学习能力,提升行业英语知识水平成为英语教学的核心目标。为了保障集教学情境、学习资料等为一体的教学环境、提升学生自主学习能力,我院对实用英语网络教学管理体系进行了重构和实践,在教学管理的目标、教学管理体制和机制方面进行了实证研究。实践中引入6S管理的先进理念。在管理策略、管理文化和管理生境方面成功地对实用英语网络教学管理体系进行了多维度全新地重构。
