对62例偏头痛患者脑电地形图变化进行了分析,总结出偏头痛脑电地形图变化的特征主要表现为:①偏头痛的脑电地形图异常率(87.1%)明显高于脑电图异常率(32.26%);②双侧相应对称脑区有较大的功率差;③δ频带功率增高主要表现在枕、颞部,范围较弥漫,双侧不对称率为63.63%;④θ频带功率增高也主要在枕、颞部,范围较弥漫,双侧不对称率为73.33%;⑤脑电地形图双侧功率不对称者,其功率增高侧与偏头痛患侧多呈同侧(达86.96%)。这些均有助于对偏头痛发病、临床症状出现的机理探讨和病灶定侧、定位,有利于指导临床治疗和追踪随访。
The changes of EEG topography in 62 migraineurs were analyzed. The characteristics of migraine EEG topography were summarized as follows: ① The abnormal rate of migraine EEG (87.1%) was significantly higher than that of EEG Abnormal rate (32.26%); ② bilateral corresponding symmetrical brain area has a larger power difference; ③δ-band power is mainly manifested in the pillow, the temporal area, the range is diffuse, bilateral asymmetry was 63.63%; ④Theta band power is increased Also mainly in the occipital and temporal areas, the range is more diffuse, bilateral asymmetry was 73.33%; ⑤ bipolar topography asymmetric power, the power of the side and the migraine ipsilateral mostly ipsilateral (up to 86.96% ). These are helpful to the onset of migraine, explore the mechanism of clinical symptoms and lesions set side, positioning, is conducive to guiding clinical treatment and follow-up.
