为了提高药剂学教学效果，将药剂学与信息技术紧密结合，用原创医学动画来直观地模拟出口服药物在人体胃肠道的分解和吸收、药物分子在生物膜中的转运机制等微观过程。对使用和未使用动画的学生进行知识点和兴趣度对比测试，测试结果表明，形象直观、生动有趣的原创医学动画能够激发学生的学习兴趣和热情，提高教学效果，利用原创医学动画对药剂学课程进行教学改革是一个有益的探索。“,”To improve the effect of teaching,information technology was applied in pharmaceu-tics.The writers developed a series of animation to simulate the process of decomposition and absorption of drug in the human gastrointestinal tract,the transport mechanism of drug molecules in membrane and so on.The original animation is used in classroom teaching of pharmaceutics.The effect of knowledge and in-terest between classes which use and not use the animation is compared.The results show that the anima-tion can arouse students’interest and improve teaching effect.The use of original medical animation in pharmaceutics is a beneficial exploration.
