乳油是传统农药剂型,加工工艺简单、对设备要求低,是农药剂型加工中的低耗能制剂,而且产品贮存期稳定性好,药效稳定,特别是在水中易分解的液体农药最适宜加工成乳油。但是乳油产品需要大量使用二甲苯、混二甲苯、甲苯、苯等芳烃溶剂,有的还需添加一定量的甲醇、DMF等助溶剂。这些溶剂闪点低、易燃、易挥发、有毒,生产和施用时,既污染环境,又浪费石化资源。
