我县自1982年从福建省农科院引种以来,1983年扩大试种了4万余平方尺,加工成罐头30吨,今年春季进一步扩大栽种了65.88万平尺,总产80万斤左右(国家收购71.83万斤),平均单产1.09斤/尺~2,总产值32.32万元,共加工罐头473吨。栽培凤尾菇的菌种,历来采用固体麦粒菌种,因此,大量发展凤尾菇时需要相当数量的粮食。以每瓶菌种用麦6两计算,我县栽菇66万平方尺就需要小麦13.2万斤(以1瓶菌种播种8平方尺计算)。上海师范学院杨庆尧副教授为此向我们提供了一条工厂化栽培凤尾菇的新方
