本文针对高频气体激光器功率传输中的阻抗匹配问题，介绍了一种具有普遍意义的匹配网络的设计方法，并推导出了匹配网络参数的直观解析解，这对实际应用很有指导意义。
In this paper, aiming at the problem of impedance matching in high frequency gas laser power transmission, a general design method of matching network is introduced and an intuitive analytic solution of matching network parameters is deduced. This is very instructive for practical application.
