习近平总书记指出,严以律己,就是要心存敬畏、手握戒尺,慎独慎微、勤于自省,遵守党纪国法,做到为政清廉。严以律己,是践行“三严”之本,是严以修身的途径,是严以用权的基础,是领导干部做人为官的必修课。为此,各级领导干部要经常自觉严格地梳理自己的思想、控制自己的欲望、规矩自己的行为。更为具体的来说,就是要始终明己、问己、克己。
