故障现象:不能倒带,执行倒带(REW)指令3秒钟后,张力检测灯闪亮,执行出盒退带(EJECT)指令时,供带盘不收带,造成扎带,如装带后不执行上述操作,其它指令操作均能正常运行。根据上述故障现象可知,故障与供带盘收带动作有关,拆机进行直观检查,发现执行倒带命令时,电磁铁(PM1006)没有吸合动作,因而橡胶传动轮不能靠在电动机和供带盘之间传递动力,所以供带盘不能收带,万用表检查电磁铁线圈阻值,结果线圈的公共端与其它两端不通。为应急使用,在另一台故障机上拆下与此相同的电磁铁,上到该机上,检查无误后通电试机。结果电磁铁吸合动作恢复正常。装带进行各种指令操作试验,发现只有倒带(REW)动作,其
