基于迈克尔.波特的价值链理论分析了供应链物流信息的存在及价值实现方式,然后对供应链物流信息资源的全面获取、合理配置、充分共享和有效控制等活动进行分析。本文研究认为,基于价值链的供应链物流信息管理模式可以降低信息失真水平,促进供应链成员企业之间的合作,增强供应链的竞争力,最终实现物流信息价值的最大化。
Based on the value chain theory of Michael Porter, this paper analyzes the existence and value of logistics information in supply chain, and then analyzes the comprehensive access, rational allocation, full sharing and effective control of supply chain logistics information resources. This paper argues that supply chain logistics information management mode based on value chain can reduce the level of information distortion, promote the cooperation among supply chain members and enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of supply chain. Finally, the value of logistics information can be maximized.
